This is a classic TVB drama. Older TVB shows usually do not have English subtitles, but luckily this one does. Very good show full of comedy, romance, and action.

Synopsis
Ming Tin (Alex Man) is an ex-triad legend turned nice guy who runs a mahjong parlor with his mother, who all live with extended family in the apartment above. Gam Sui (Stephen Chow) is Tin's cousin who is always looking for new ways to make money while getting into trouble. Sui's father, (played by Ng Man Tat), holds a grudge against Tin who he believes ended his police career years earlier
